The stunning new triple Trophy winning white wine that has the wine world abuzz is available right now. 

Salena Estate made a clean sweep of the Australian Alternative Varieties Wine Show (AAVWS) in November by winning the Trophy for Best Wine of the Show as well as the Trophy for Best Italian Varietal and Trophy for Best White Wine for its "Ink Series 2010 Bianco d'Alessano"

The wine is made from an Italian varietal grape which has had trial plantings at Loxton, South Australia.

Winemaker Melanie Kargas describes it so: "Pale straw colour with a green edge. The nose is dominated by a fresh summer fruity aroma, including apples, pears and loquats, with a hint of citrus and an underlying minerality. The palate has great weight and and good length, balanced zesty acidity and lingering continuity."
