	Deep purple in colour, this is a well balanced wine showing berry fruit, subtle gaminess and a varietal leafy Cabernet character. The nose has ripe berry aromas as well as spice and chocolate. 	The colour of this wine exhibits a very pale straw colour with a fresh mineral green tint. The nose shows aromas of cut grass and pine needle herbaceousness with a subtle tropical and citrus blossom character. An elegant wine which shows intensity and concentration on the palate.
