The works started in October 2017 and are expecting completion in mid-2018. Outside of the sheds a new dedicated grape pressing area has been expanded which has allowed our press capacity to over double in capacity and also includes our first screw press.

Bob Franchitto, owner and Managing Director of Salena Estate Wines stated, “As our business has grown rapidly over the last few years we have needed new facilities to accommodate for the increased amount of business.”  With staff having tripled during that time to 60 employees, and branching into several new international markets, it’s little wonder Salena Estate are undertaking such major developments. This expansion will occupy some of the 500 acres of land that are owned and operated by Salena Estate Wines.
